Classic Bikes for sale: Matchless

This bike has sat in my garage for the past 12 years since my Father, who owned it, passed away
I know nothing about it other than it??s currently a non runner and will need some effort to get back on the road. The only attention I have given it is a periodic kick to keep the engine from seizing and a bit of a dusting prior to the photos. It will need a new throttle cable as this has come away from the handlebar linkage
V5 says manufactured in 1955 and is in my name

Matchless 1960 G2 250 Classic
Sympathetic restoration keeping original patina, looking for new project so selling on
Recent service including oil and filter change, new chain, tyres, plug, cap and HT lead. New grips and foot peg rubbers
All electrics work and bike runs sweetly with no excess smoke
Unsure if mileage is correct
