Original 1976 Harley-Davidson Sportster XLH Liberty Edition in very good overall condition. Bike is in poor cosmetic but excellent mechanical condition. Bike starts right up and purrs like a kitten! Clutch functions properly, shifts perfect and stops. No oil leaks. The very desired gas tank is a 9 out of 10 and does have the metallic specks. Fender paint is rough, may need paint. I bought it running in 2019 and started doing some work on it by putting in a new starter motor and then since have had no time to work on it. The bike was built in Las Vegas for a bar / restaurant. It featured in various different events in the states and should have been at the 50th anniversary of Woodstock. I bought it to put into my shop but sadly I'm not opening it and going in another direction. It's been in dry storage for the last two years. I??m not really sure what to say about this bike but as you can see it??s not a standard 78 xlch. I bought the bike like this and all I have done is remove the switch gear from handle bars for a smoother look. I had a slightly longer rear fender (fenland choppers) added, rebuilt front calipers.
